These propane galley ranges feature highly efficient burners equipped with safety flame-out protection. The Caribbean model offers one 7,000 BTU burner and one 11,000 BTU burner. The Mediterranean model offers the same plus an additional 7,000 BTU burner. Each also offers a 7,000 BTU oven burner and 4,500 BTU oven broiler.

- Each is handmade in Canada using 100% Stainless Steel
- Thermostatically-controlled oven and broiler
- Snap-in cooking grate provides level and limited vibration
- One set of potholders and a potholder rail is standard
- Burners are CGA/AGA approved
- Equipped with CGA/AGA approved quality gas valves that offer both electronic ignition and thermocouple flameout safety features
- Removable cutting board is also standard
Note: These ranges each require an installation kit that is sold separately - choose kit for gimbal option on either range (Mfg# 26-003) or built-in option for Caribbean Range (Mfg# 26-000) or built-in option for Mediterranean Range (Mfg# 26-001).
