This incense is a blend of sweet, creamy musk and woodsy fragrance of patchouli, Sandalwood and Styrax Benzoin to help ground and connect with the roots of the earth.

Located at the base of the spine is the Root Chakra, also known by the Sanskrit name of Muladhara, or ‘Root/Support’. The Muladhara Chakra is our ‘foundation centre’ and is connected to our instinctual need for survival (food, water, shelter), ambition, achievement and our need for nurturing, support, stability and growth. This is the First Chakra of the body; the colour is Red, the element is Earth and the sound is LAM.

GUIDANCE FOR USE

Taking a deep breath, we encourage you to pause, connect and reset. Light the tip of the incense. When glowing, blow out the flame and place in a suitable holder. Inhale a breath of divine bliss
